We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. Mas Prats becomes a quiet corner, which invites you to rest and enjoy a unique rural environment located between the Costa Brava and the Gavarres. The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

This 44m2 studio/ apartment, located in a very quiet area of residential Begur and only a 20 minute walk to the town center. This fantastic studio offers a full equipped kitchen, beautiful spacious bathroom with large shower, WC and wash hand basin. The sleeping area has a double bed with direct excess to private chill out lounge area. There is also an indoor lounge area with two chairs & coffee table.

With fabulous views and very well located for sightseeing, close to the sea and the mountains, it is ideal for resting and disconnecting. The surroundings invite you to walk and enjoy nature, as well as the pool and barbecue. The accommodation (4 people) is on the ground floor of the house with a separate entrance. The first floor is another rural accommodation. The owners live in the main house of the farmhouse. With terrace and own garden furniture. Shared pool, barbecue and play area.

Ca La Conxita - rural disconnection for 5 people

Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.

This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last one in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the renovation has resulted in an apartment attached to a swimming pool and an attached two-story house. The house and garden complex, plus the surrounding forest, could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
