Pop in for lunch or enjoy happy hour on the mountain and then ski on home and cozy up by the gas fireplace. In the summer season, this condo is directly on the Snowmass trail system that takes you all around the Village - to world class biking trails and even to Aspen! Easy walk to grocery, liquor & pizza

Lovely Snowmass condo for four guests! King & Queen beds, 3 SmarTVs, large sofa, new bedding and beds throughout. New kitchen with most small appliances, spices and a corner bar. Big seasonal (summer) complex pool, newly renovated 10 person hot tub (open year round), sauna, near town shuttle, RFTA bus to Aspen across street, 2 resvd pking spots, new W/D. ONE DOG per rental-3 years and older. NO cats. FOUR OVERNIGHT GUESTS per HOA rules unless age 5 & under. 30+ day rentals are tax free in CO.

Great condo in snowmass pool hot tubs and work out room with sauna ! FANTASTC LOCATION! Only a 2min walk to slopes, Free bus to Aspen, mall with shopping and restaurants. Wake to a beautiful sunrise over the Rocky Mountains .Nature trails are a short walk out the door. Free parking during the spring ,summer and fall and a small daily fee during the winter months.Mall and free bus is only 1easy block! ski locker on the main level so no need to lug equipment up the stairs 3 rd floor views!
