Agnès and Sandy welcome you to this beautiful mountain cottage located in the heart of the 7 Laux resort. Access ONLY by ski or snowshoe in winter, or on foot in summer. No motorized access (vehicle parked in the Pipay parking lot, then you go up to the chalet): 20 min walk to the parking lot on snowshoe or on foot. By ski: from the Grand Cerf telecombi. Welcome upon arrival at the LE FARINAUD restaurant; where the route and all the necessary information will be given to you.

Nice 24 m² cabin studio for 4-5 people, completely renovated, located in the Les Colchiques 1 residence. The apartment is located 50 m from the slopes and has an unobstructed view of the valley. It is equipped with a sofa bed (140 x 190) in the living room and two bunk beds (120 x 190) in the cabin area. Minimum of 2 nights preferred.
