Bright apartment with sea views, swimming pool and the best sunsets of the island. A nice one bedroom apartment located in La Quinta, Santa Úrsula. The apartment consists of a living room with an open plan kitchen and a cozy sofa, a master bedroom, kitted with a double bed, and a bathroom with bath tube. It’s is ideal for couples or families with kids, however there is a sofa bed at the living room that could fit two more people. The building is brand new, with garden and swimming pool.

A bright living area features a comfortable gray sofa and a stylish butterfly chair, positioned to take in ocean views through expansive glass doors. A sleek coffee table, situated on a natural fiber rug, complements the serene space.

Ideal for couples, not safe for children or babies as there are areas without railings or banister.
