There are often deer in the back yard, and at night you can see horses and carriages go by from the Arlington Hotel.> The renovation of the house to make it fun, cozy, and safe for our guests has been a labor of love. Although it is "dated", it is cozy, clean, affordable, has 2 free off street parking spaces and is .6 of a mile to downtown. -3 separate rentals on property. -Shared parking behind the house. -Must walk down outside stairs to entrance. -YOU WILL HEAR FOOTSTEPS & NOISE IF THERE ARE GUESTS STAYING UPSTAIRS. -Curtain on patio for added privacy. -We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. -NO LOCALS.
