Nestled between vineyards and the Dordogne riverbanks, this stone house boasts distinctive architecture, including an indoor and outdoor kitchen, a living room, an adjoining bedroom, a 10-meter swimming pool, and a covered patio. The bedroom features a king-size bed with hotel-quality bedding, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Under the covered patio, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining area allow for comfortable outdoor living. No shared space; the property is entirely yours.

We invite you in our lovely suite in the south of France. Used before by our children we now would like to share it with new guests. You will have your own access to the house and can independently enjoy the garden, terrasse and our little pond during your stay. A shared Kitchen/fridge and private bathroom and will be available. 2 min (car) and 20 min (afoot) away from the city center/train station, the location is perfect for day trips in the Perigord or in Bordeaux's vineyard.

It is level on the edge of the swimming pool which you can enjoy from June to September or even October depending on the weather (not heated). Gîte de la Périgourdine (Périgourdine Lodge)

Located at the gates of Dordogne, this small 32 m2 house is composed of 2 rooms, a living room with TV, a kitchen equipped with gas hobs and an electric combined oven, a bedroom with its small bathroom and non-separate toilet. You also have a semi-covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, all on a private and fenced plot. This cottage is located at the entrance of our property and therefore shares the pathway.
