Comfy Studio Ilios kai Thalassa close to the beach

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Very nice view of NAVARINO Bay from the 4 m X 8 m terrace, 3 m X 3 m pool (Unsecured) The apartment built in 2022, all the comforts, double glazing, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, Japanese toilet. Shops and main square 10 minutes' walk away. Swimming in the beautiful Bay of Pylos, 15 minutes' walk away. Numerous beaches within a 30-minute drive. NAVARINO International Golf Course is 20 minutes away.

This apartment is in the center of the city, close to the harbor, the commercial center and the old town. You can go anywhere on foot (but bicycles can be organized and are highly recommended). A bus stop is in front of the door as well as a 24h kiosk. You will love this accommodation due to its location and its large terrace with 360 views.
