Quiet house – Ideal for teams on assignment

There are 2 bedrooms, one, on the first floor, with a double bed and a single bed with a sink, and a second, on the second floor, with a large double bed and toilet. The bathroom is on the ground floor. Sheets and towels are provided. The kitchen is complete with ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There are 2 toilets, one on the ground floor and the other on the 2nd floor. An outside shed with lock, allows to store your bikes dry and safe.

The latter is located thirty minutes south of Clermont-Ferrand, right next to the village of Vic le Comte (Small city of character). You will find some of the most beautiful villages in France such as Montpeyroux, Usson, Saint-Floret, Saint-Saturnin, 20 min by car. For ski lovers, you can go to the slopes of Super-Besse, which are about forty minutes away.
