Logement lumineux, moderne, fonctionnel et très calme (dans une impasse avec jeux d'enfants). Situé à seulement 50 m du Golf International et à 800 m du Spa de Fontcaude, à 20 mn de PALAVAS et 7 kms du centre ville de MONTPELLIER. Ce T2 est situé au rez-de-jardin de la villa dans laquelle nous vivons, avec un accès totalement indépendant et discret. La chambre et la salle de bains sont sans fenêtre car en sous-sol. Mais un éclairage réglable et puissant apporte un excellent confort.

We accept date changes with similar durations up to 1 week before. The kitchen lounge, the dining room, and the 2 bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the sea from the 4th. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. I only rent to visitors with positive reviews. Possibility of concierge, cleaning.
