Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

The house is a typical Canarian dwelling more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value, in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.

Casa Catina is located in the village of Huerta del Barranco, in the natural park of Tejeda, Gran Canaria. The village has recently been nominated by “(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)” as the first of the seven rural wonders of Spain. La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has recently been renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)
