Nice view of the ocean and hills of Punta de Lobos. All in a country setting, within a very quiet condominium. A 15-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute drive. The house has all the amenities for the perfect rest for up to 10 people.

Beautiful family loft in a condominium for 6 people, with direct access to Playa Hermosa, close to shops and restaurants such as La Sal or Casa Cuesta (highly recommended and you can walk from the house). In addition, the condominium has a private coastal walk so you can watch the sunsets.

Spacious, comfortable house with an excellent location, access to main avenues that connect with Punta de Lobos, Cahuil and Playa Principal. It has a separate entrance, and a closed parking lot for 2 cars. If you love sunsets, you can enjoy one every day in a natural and very quiet setting. The house is fully equipped to enjoy every day of the year.
