It has 2 bedrooms: one with a 1.50 m bed, the other with 2 0.90 m bunk beds and a very comfortable 1.40 m sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen with island integrated into the living room and laundry room. Great apartment in Alaquas, very spacious and quiet, with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. WITH GARAGE, good parking area. Just 7 km from the capital and 15-20 minutes from the nearest beach 10 minutes away from the airport, with a spacious park area, perfect for children of all ages with different play areas, La Sequieta Park. Sports 100m and municipal swimming pool. The floor features linens and towels.
