Απέχει ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του χωριού με τα παραδοσιακά καφέ και τις ταβέρνες κάτω από τα δροσερά πλατάνια. Αποτελεί ιδανικό προορισμό διακοπές καθώς συνδυάζει Αιγαίο (6χλ. Από την παραλία των ποτιστικών) και Παγασητικό (15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τις παραλίες της Παου, Χόρτου, Μηλίνας και Καλάμου).

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom and a living room with 2 sofas (single beds), a kitchen (fully equipped) with a dining area and a bathroom. It has a large terrace with a dining area overlooking our green garden. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-story building in the center of city. Studio No2 is 1 of the 3 independent studios of the first floor of the house, next to the beach. It has a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 beds (double-single) comfortable for 3 people stay. It has a balcony with view to the sea. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.
