The property offers a newly renovated full-size kitchen, two bedrooms with one queen bed and one twin bed, new appliances, and new furnishings, including a new washer and dryer.

Charming and cozy ONE room efficiency. Perfect for one person or couple. Located in the historic district, close to downtown, where you will find great shopping and restaurants. Located on an established street with families. Very safe area. Afternoon walks are welcomed. Two other apartments occupied the home as well, the yellow door is just underneath. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin has an open floor plan in the den and kitchen, a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, with a roll-away daybed available. A pack n play is available upon request. The bathroom is handicapped accessible. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, full size refrigerator and microwave. There is no dishwasher. There is a flat screen tv in both the den and the master bedroom with Directv. We have WIFI available.
