It is located in a big piece of land of 6.000 sq.m. , 250 m. away of the beautiful sandy beach of Falassarna, with olive trees and flowers. The apartment is at ground floor with big veranda at open sea view. It is one room apartment of about 30 sq.m. with fully equipped kitchen, dinning table, double bed and sofa. A laundry is available at the back side of the building.
