You'll fall in love with this unique romantic escape from reality. Our shepherd's hut is located on the edge of the city next to our winery, in a quiet natural environment. You will escape the hustle and bustle of the city, and if you come for entertainment, culture or gastronomy, you can reach the centre on foot in 15 minutes. The caravan has water and electricity, an outdoor solar shower and a separate latrine. However, during frosts, the water is turned off, you have a large bucket with a tap with drinking water, a radiator and a wood stove.

The exclusive cottage by the lake at Slnečné jazerá has: 1. **Unique location** right by the lake, which guarantees a beautiful view and easy access to the water. 2. **Comfort and amenities**: the cottage is modern and comfortably furnished, equipped with everything guests need for a pleasant and carefree stay. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV in each room, two bathrooms, a grill, a ping-pong table, bicycles, a sauna and a lift chair for people with reduced mobility.

Stone shack in the vineyard

We offer you an overnight stay in a stone hut in our vineyard. With extensive views of the surroundings and the sky. Drinking water is ready - 4 letter bottled still water. There are two wooden benches, mattresses, bed linen, towels in the stone house. They can connect into one bed 145x200cm. There is an outdoor solar shower bag and 15 litres of drinking water, basic drinking and eating utensils, a small coffee or tea maker. The oven is wood-fired. No electricity. There is a dry toilet with a view on the property.

The rooms are decorated in historic castle style. However, they provide full comfort suitable for families. Convenient location allows to realize star trips ( Bratislava, Pezinok, Modra, Trnava, Bradlo, Piešťany, Senecké jezera, cave Driny...)In summer possibility of swimming, hiking, cycling, agritourism. In winter skiing on slopes ( Zochova chata, Pezinská baba) .There is a large landscaped plot with barbecue facilities. We've got Arthur the Pony, the dog and the cat. Parking in the yard.

Zoška Park Eden cottage black

In a beautiful environment between the forests, there are air-conditioned Zoška Park Eden mobile homes. They are located in the area with our larger Chata Zoška and smaller Chatka Zoška. For all ages of guests, there is fun and relaxation in every season. The accommodation is for a maximum of 6 people. In each house there are two 2-bed bedrooms, each with a double bed. The cottage is of course equipped with a bathroom and in addition a hot tub and an outdoor fireplace and grill.

Biela Chata

Biela Chata is a unique accommodation in the forest above the historic town of Modra. Suitable for 5 people-adults only. You will find a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace ,first floor with two bedrooms, a garage with storinge for sports equipment. Finnish sauna with space for 4 people for upcharge. Outside there is a spacious terrace facing the garden with a fireplace and seating.The cottage has its own parking spaces . WIFI connection.
