The site has a large space open to the sun, making it easy to sunbathe until late afternoon. All this, along with a nice swim in the pool in front of the barbecue area.

Although very close to the city center, the house is on a very quiet, noiseless and safe street. It has its own parking, a swimming pool and a super nice stream that runs through the property. The house is FULLY FENCED, relax with the family and pets in this cozy home, waterfalls 4km away, hiking trails and cyclists. There is a space for small shops and restaurants in the centre and nearby, open on the weekend. Warehouse and vendors open daily. The Waterfalls in the photos are 4 km away from the property. We have a standard double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. We do not provide firewood. It has a shared pool between guests.

Our house is spacious, airy and very comfortable. There are several well decorated and equipped spaces. Our guests will have easy access to everything they need in this place with great location. We are approximately 1 km from Hotel Quitandinha, with its beautiful lake for a walk or walk. Near bakeries, restaurants, markets, gyms, pharmacies and all the necessary conveniences. You can enjoy a lot of greenery, tranquility and a beautiful garden.
