Comfortable 3 bedroom guest suite in Peterborough

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to Trent University. This updated fully private main floor apartment in a detached house has three bedrooms and a full kitchen and bathroom. Pets are allowed for a small cleaning fee. A completely separate basement apartment is occupied by the co-host who does have dogs on site. Due to the residential location, we do not allow parties or hosting events at the site.

Our place is on the Trent Severn Waterways and near down town shopping. Great for biking,kyaking, pubs and restaurants. Our suite is equipped with one bedroom with fireplace ,TV and ensuite with jacuzzi. There is a kitchen and dining area, living room with TV and fireplace. Free Wifi. There is also laundry facilities, Hot tub ,sauna and outside patio with propane fire pit and barbecue, all for your private use. We are setup for a couple and our amenities are for our guests only .

The updated kitchen area features modern appliances, including a red refrigerator and microwave, along with a dining table and chairs. A cozy seating area with a gray sofa and a patterned green chair is visible, contributing to the inviting atmosphere of the apartment.

Close to the lake but not on the lake and short walk to downtown, restaurants and shopping. Close to the Rotary Trail and Trans Canada for biking and walking/hiking. One block from the Peterborough Marina, Little Lake, Musicfest and Peterborough Memorial Centre(major sporting events and concerts). NO PETS & NON SMOKERS ONLY. Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.
