Bioclimatic and ecological habitat, our small wooden house is ready to welcome you and bring you rest and pleasure for the eyes. 35 square meters all in wood or almost clad and panelled with thuja and cypress wood from a local sawmill, it is insulated with cellulose wadding. Everything has been thought out and custom designed to create a small cozy and bright cocoon. The sea view from the terrace and balcony invites you to explore the bay of Audierne.

It consists of a living room opening onto a balcony overlooking the bay, and a large bedroom with a bed of 140 x 190 cm. Wifi and connected TV. Occupancy capacity for up to 2 people. The famous La Torche beach (world-famous surf spot) is a 20-minute walk away via a hiking trail. The house is located on our property, it is adjoining ours but has its own entrance and private enclosed garden of about 350 m2.
