At a distance of only 150 meters from the beach and located within a gated condominium (Rio Lagoa Mar,better known as Dona Branca condominium in the region) the house thus allows this security. Two parasols, beach chairs and a 3x3 meter tent are available for your comfort! The on-site mobile phone signal is very weak, so we installed internet signal so that it can be connected to the world.

There are several points of hammocks scattered around the house, including the balcony that you can see from the sea.
