Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Wheelchair ramp in back. Off the street parking, and outside shower, 1 mile to Target, 1.5 miles to Walmart, and 5 miles to downtown, restaurants golf, entertainment everything.
