On the other hand, you will be 2 km from the asphalt and a 20-minute drive from Leblon beach. Do you want peace and nature? Stay at home. Do you want to venture out on trails and waterfalls? Explore the area. Do you want the beach, excitement and people? Get your car and drive for a few minutes. Ideally, you should have a car to access the property. I can refer drivers.

Located in the most beautiful neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro, São Conrado is surrounded by sea and mountain. Daytime with sports attractions such as hang gliding, paragliding. The apartment is on the beach. It has super trendy kiosks with good music and gourmet food. 200 meters from the fashion mall and 100 meters from the Golf club. The apartment is wonderful with a stunning view of the sea from a huge balcony. Two double bedrooms, one of which is a suite. 2 garages and a wonderful swimming pool and sauna.
