This property is a beautiful farm to table ranchette offering a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the natural environment on the river . We have a small petting zoo with gentle rescue animals , domestic and farm animals. We are all about food ! Both hosts are artists , farmers and stewards of the land. We tend to our fruit trees and enjoy sharing the property with guests . We are close to the UFO museum in Roswell as well as Ruidoso Downs racetrack . Well behaved pets on leash are welcome .

We are located right next door to our wedding venue Cotton Creek Barn, if your friend or family member is getting married at Cotton Creek Barn, you wont have to drive far!
