Between Edale Valley and Hope Valley, at Hopevale Cottages we're surrounded by peaceful pasture and woodland, adjacent to National Trust land with direct access to many local footpaths including "The Great Ridge Walk". Derwent Valley offers a beautiful day out cycling, cycle hire available locally. Ultrafast broadband means you can work as well as walk (85 Mp)

Idyllic, The Coach House, Ashford-in-the-Water

This two bed cottage is in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views. Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Please note - bathroom refurbishment completed March 2026. The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but it no longer has a separate shower.

Meadow View Heights-the Heart of the Peak District

Located on the edge of the beautiful Peak District village of Litton, Meadow View Heights is a recently refurbished one bedroom annexe, ideal for walkers & cyclists to explore the many paths straight from the door. The Red Lion serves great food & the local shop sells homemade and local goods are both 1/4mile away. The nearby village of Tideswell has more shops, pubs & cafes. Castleton, Chatsworth, Bakewell & Buxton are all within easy reach as well as stunning countryside walks & beauty spots.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. The Cottage has private access and parking is available. Fly fishing is also available by arrangement with hosts.
