Only 5 miles from town, East Verde Estates is an amazing neighborhood tucked away in Tonto National Forest. The Verde River flows through the community & is available for fishing (when stocked) & swimming. There is also a trail at the end of the street that follows the river.

Cozy, tranquil cottage across the street from Green Valley Park. Clean attractive home., within walking distance of restaurants, museum, and more. Well equipped kitchen. Come relax on the front and back patios or curl up in the recliner with a good book or a movie. PLEASE NOTE, Airbnb is now offering an option to pick a different check in time outside of the 4pm check in. We are not able to prepare the space from previous nights guests before 4pm. Make a break for it at this newly renovated cabin. We offer 1 downstairs master bedroom, 1 downstairs master bathroom with a walk in shower, and a loft that sleeps up to 5. There is a wood burning fireplace, a firepit, gas bbq grill, and a pet friendly dog run off of the back porch. The home backs onto Tonto National Forest, is around 5 miles to the entrance of Tonto Natural Bridge, and hikers can exit the property on foot and pick up the the Arizona Trail. Wildlife is abundant!

1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park. There MAY be a FIRE BAN when you are interested in coming. I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place.
