Linge de lit et de bain fournis.Clim réversible, Fibre WiFI, détecteur de fumée.RDC : salon/salle à manger, cuisine, salle d’eau/wc, chambre(lit 140x190). Étage: pallier rangement et coin lecture, chambre (deux lits 80x200 chacun convertibles en 160x200). La proximité avec notre habitation nous permet de vous mettre à disposition (sur demande) lave linge/ sèche linge (cellier indépendant commun). Jardin commun non clos.
