The apartment is located in a Beira Mar da Nossa Senhora do Ó building, a residential neighborhood with good structure of restaurants and bars, as well as small shops, where it is possible to supply the house. Although the apartment is extremely ventilated, with all rooms facing the sea, there is air conditioning in the suite and ceiling fans in the other social rooms. There is an inviting balcony to gather the family or simply relax in the hammock.
