Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον όροφο διώροφου κτίσματος τεσσάρων διαμερισμάτων συνολικά με κοινόχρηστο κήπο και βεράντα.Στον όροφο υπάρχει ακόμα ένα διαμέρισμα και άλλα δύο στο ισόγειο.Στην βεράντα υπάρχουν δύο σετ τραπεζαρίας εξωτερικού χώρου ,το ένα εκ των οποίων ανήκει στο διαμέρισμα. Our stone house is located just 1 km from the port and less than 1 km from the Holy Cave of the Revelation of St. John. It overlooks the Icarian Sea with wonderful sunsets, but also the port of Skala. It has a private parking space and can accommodate 3-6 people. It includes a reception area with a sofa that becomes a double bed, a single living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It has A/C, WiFi, cable TV and a washing machine.

Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
