En-suite room with lake view, walk-in closet, and private bathroom in my apartment, comfortable and cozy. A 5-minute drive to downtown and a 20-minute walk. Warm common spaces with art and a large balcony to enjoy the lake and city views. I live in this space too. Shoes must be left outside. You can bring slippers, I'll lend you crocs or whatever suits you. This room has cotton sheets and towels. Independence, safety, and well-being.

We rent a cozy apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, heating with AC, and panels in the bedrooms, white bedding and towels. It also has a gas grill on the terrace, very central, steps from the beach and Plaza de la Republica, and has parking which makes access to everything very easy.
