Experience and enjoy this Unique House with its own personality. It is in the center and has been recently renovated with great enthusiasm. Located in a beautiful village and surrounded by nature, gorges... in the beautiful area of La Vera and Valle del Tiétar. The house is very spacious, it has a double bedroom with a 1.35 bed, a full bathroom with a hydromassage shower, a fully stocked kitchen, and a beautiful patio, ideal for a couple. Natural pool 15 minutes walk from the house, shops, bars... a few meters away.

The Room Tres Ocho Studio

A cozy studio apartment, which consists of a living room-kitchen, with a washing machine, a ceramic hob, and a minibar-type refrigerator; a bedroom with a 150cm bed; a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Ideal for spending a few days as a couple or for a single person. The sofa turns into a 120cm bed, in case you're traveling with small children. The apartment occupies the first floor of a single-family house, so there are no neighbors above or below, which gives it more peace of mind.

Solitude and Nature

Be alone, truly alone.. in a spectacular peaceful setting on our wonderful olive farm. Our small but cozy and recently renovated home sits on top of 2 hectares of private land with no nearby houses overlooking the stunning valley of the Gredos mountains and our lush olive and fruit trees. In winter, sit by the fire as you look out the window at the views and in summer, relax in a hammock on the balcony while you eat and read amongst the silence and greenery or sit by the pool (opens June 1st!)

Old area of terraced olive groves today populated with oaks, chestnuts and strawberry trees.

You are just 3 minutes from downtown Villanueva De la Vera but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Everything is designed here so that you can “Atalantar”, which is the Partocha word we use to express that we are “in our center”. A relaxing bath with lavender essential oil in your double whirlpool tub can be a good start to start Atalantar
