What makes this home stand out is its open floor plan & location. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room, buoys for your boat & a launch ramp just steps away. There is parking for 2 cars ONLY. Sorry but other cars/trailers must be parked at the public launch ramp or off site. Come relax & make some fun memories on the river! CHEERS!

Welcome to our beautiful new 2,000 sq ft, 4-bedroom house. Step into a tranquil oasis on this huge 1/2 lot, where you can truly relax and recharge. The gorgeous interiors are designed to make you feel right at home, with a king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds to accommodate all guests.
