It is housed in a condominium with pool, garden and gym (adjacent to the condominium), in front of the beach of Parede. It has two bedrooms (one suite and a children's room), two balconies and is perfect for a family who wants to spend a calm and wonderful holiday in Portugal. We are a family of 6, ready to welcome you with open arms to make your vacation time more comfortable and relaxing.

This apartment is unique in its surroundings due to the terrace equipped with a barbecue and a beautiful view. Take a walk to Parede beach (9 min), or to Riviera Shopping Center, on the way to Carcavelos beach (12 min walk) where you can take surf lessons. The house is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator, so it's an opportunity to do some fitness. :) It's equipped with Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and bedroom, and a complete kitchen with dish and cloth washing machines..

Chalet Marias is a brand new traditional portuguese chalet (construction ended on 2023) with a charm studios concept. Located at Parede, a small town at Cascais (one of the best region to live in Portugal) A five minutes walking or cycling from the beach. Train station (Lisbon to Cascais), restaurants, supermarket and bakeries is less 1 minute walking. Beach towels is included and is possible choosing the type of beds (twins or single).
