Beautiful new sunny apartment (43 m2) with its own covered parking space and air conditioning is located 5 minutes walk from the center of Pardubice and 7 minutes walk from the train and bus station. There is a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, induction, oven, refrigerator and cooking accessories). The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. There is a double bed, TV, desk and large armchair. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. The terrace is equipped with seating. We look forward to seeing you!

Apartment Nad Barborou - overlooking the temple

A beautiful aparman with a view of the temple of St. Barbora, straight from bed. The apartment is located in a historic house that once served as a parish. The entire property is wonderfully furnished and has a very nice atmosphere. The location of the apartment is a great starting position to discover Kutna Hora. The historic center is literally around the corner, at the same time it is a quiet location where it is not a problem to park comfortably.

Dům, ve kterém je nabídka samostatného bytu, se skládá ze tří jednotek. Další jsou v přízemí občasně využívaný kosmetický salón a v patře byt, kde bydli člen rodiny hostitele. Byli bychom rádi, aby byla společná chodba hlukuprostá. Děkuji. Všechny prostory domu jsou nekuřácké. Ceny obsahují poplatek z turistického ruchu obci a DPH, ktereou odvádíme.....
