Our house is a former architect's workshop renovated into a dwelling, composed of 2 connected but independent buildings. It is in the middle of a 4000 m2 lot, in a protected natural area. It is quiet, surrounded by greenery. The rented part has independent access. The outdoor spaces are shared, we have to access the vegetable garden in the morning and evening, but we do not occupy this side of the land during the day. We have 2 rogue cats and therefore do not recommend our accommodation to people with allergies.

Only a 4 minute walk to the medieval Castle and an easy 2 minute walk to shops and the Farmer’s market. A perfect place to enjoy shopping, restaurants, or just relax with family and friends. The apartment is ideally situated for easy access to must-see sites in Fougères and further afield in Brittany, Pays de la Loire, and Normandy.

Maison champêtre, chauffée au feu de bois. Endroit paisible niché dans la nature, propice à la détente et la contemplation. Une pause bucolique, tel un refuge pour se ressourcer. Une cheminée vous attend pour profiter des soirées d'hiver et pourquoi pas écouter des vinyles et sortir les jeux de sociétés? Grand jardin verdoyant où passent régulièrement chevreuils et renards. Un sentier de randonnée borde la maison pour les balades, à l'ombre des chemins creux du bocage Mayennais.
