"St Paul" Estate - House B

The estate was originally built in the 1930s as a summer house of the owner’s grandfather, who discovered the land with the old St Paul chapel in one of his fishing trips with his wife and decided to buy it. “St Paul Estate' House B was initially used as a barn to house and feed the live stock. In the year 2000, George and his family renovated the estate and turned the barn into a modern vacation house, whilst respecting the initial architecture elements, such as the stone walls and the wooden plank ceiling. The house offers a peaceful stay, only 10 minutes drive from Myrina and 5 minutes drive from the villages of Thanos and Kontias, in an incredible location amongst trees and wildlife, close to a secluded beach and a dramatic rocky hill for climbing, whilst providing all modern facilities, plenty of outdooor areas and sports facilities including a basketball court, a football court and table tennis.

One-room house

The house is located in the island's capital, Myrina. The house is a single space and is semi-basement. It can accommodate two or three people, as there are two single beds and a sofa that can be used as a bed. Within walking distance there is a bakery and two large supermarkets. Also, some of the island's attractions are just a few meters from the house, such as the museum, the castle and the central market with shops. Free parking is provided in the building.
