It is located in the center of the island in the village of Platanos. Many beautiful beaches such as Kipiadi, Kipos, Kaki Lagada, Alati are very close to the house. The house consists of an open space with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

Villa Callista is a beautiful old two-storey stone mansion of 131 sq.m. built 200 years ago on top of a hill in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It was the residence of the local Lord. It is the first fully independent building in a renovated complex of three residences, Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neradu house, and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated with the aim of keeping it as it was 200 years ago.
