The accommodation consists of 6 bedrooms and 9 beds, 4 suites, one of them with a private bathroom, the rest with a shared bathroom, all with air conditioning, a dining room with air conditioning, a kitchen, a refrigerator, and cutlery. The rooms are set up according to the number of people booked, by prior arrangement with the guest. We offer breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. We have a grill, gazebo, oven, sheet, pillow, soccer field, volleyball, swimming pool, etc. No additional guests accepted

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to enjoy the countryside. The house was remodeled and finished in a rustic style, taking care of every detail to spend a few wonderful days. Access to it is from the Altos - Loma Grande route. By car it is only 5 minutes from downtown Altos, 11 minutes from Aqua Village and 18 minutes from San Bernardino. The highlight is that it is approximately 150 meters from the stream. Close to self-service and stores for shopping.

In the middle of a small, preserved forest. The space is part of a large building divided into two sections: 1. The house where I live with my partner 2 separate guest spaces. Shared spaces with me: the outdoor area of the front patio and the swimming pool. Located in the city of Areguá, on the shores of Lake Ypakarai, which is known for its clay artisans and strawberry plantations that attract visitors throughout the year. The house has an alarm system and Wi-Fi.

A Weekend Cottage in Surubi'i

Loft-style house, located on a large plot of land in the gated community of Surubi'i. It is the guesthouse of a main house. The entire garden area is available. We provide our guests with 100% privacy. The spacious courtyard features a swimming pool, a small court with a basketball hoop, a children's play area (playhouse, swings, and slide), and parking for up to 4 vehicles. We have 3 friendly dogs and a cat, which can be removed from the property upon request.
