Stay in the best location in Ponta Negra. Our apartment is completely facing the sea and Morro do Careca. On the 23rd floor, enjoy the amazing view from the balcony! Do everything on foot: bakeries, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacies, the beach. It is only 300 meters from the waterfront. High-end building, 24-hour reception, swimming pool and free parking. 2 bedrooms (en suite with queen-size bed) with air conditioning, cabinets, and blackout curtains. I rent with bed linens and towels. Fully equipped kitchen and automatic washing machine.
