Relax on the outdoor patio, cozy up with a book on the loveseat, enjoy the rainfall shower. Gaze at the amazing stars and be lulled to sleep by evening nature sounds. Awake to birds in song and morning sun filtering through the window. Sample an edible flower, use a pinch of lavender for calm, and enjoy peekaboo ocean views. All of our services are free for our guests. Our location in southern Kona makes it convenient to visit the Volcano National Park, Green Sand Beach, Black Sand Beach and other local attractions.

Dee's Off Grid Cottage on Small Farm, Ocean Views

Experience off grid living! Originally, a coffee shack from Holualoa, a tiny house but it has a full kitchen, a full-size frig, lots of cupboards, and 5 burner cook top. The bedroom has a queen sized comfy mattress, a futon couch/bed for extra guests. Enjoy meals outdoors on a screened in lanai with fabulous ocean views. The property has many fruit and mac nut trees. It is a peaceful place to get away from it all. Renting a car is highly recommended.

Kanaloa

Kanaloa (God of the Sea creatures) over looks the Ocean, this room is 140 sq ft, with a queen bed, small table with chairs, no kitchen, large window to view Milky Way, sunrises, all while laying in bed. Kanaloa has its own private composting toilet 25’ from the room, bathroom sink, beach shower. A glamping room for short stays for those wanting a lower nightly price, clean, comfortable, getaway, close to Green Sand Beach and other popular place.
