The house has two bedrooms upstairs, each with: 2 double beds, TV, bathroom with shower and a balcony with an amazing view of Lake Atitlán. Downstairs you have a very spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, bar and terrace including a private jacuzzi. Outside you'll find the pool and sun-terrace, which are shared common areas.

Ten acres of beautifully manicured gardens with pool overlook the lake and its surrounding volcanoes. The gardens make this a bird-watcher's paradise. There are 7 properties on this amble estate. The views are amazing but it does involve walking up numerous steps. If you are arriving after dark, please make sure to bring a torch with you. Only arrive by boat and not by car.
