The villa overlooks the sumptuous bay of Palombaggia. With an area of about 140m2, it is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a master suite, a studio (20m from the house). Each room is air conditioned. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. It has a swimming pool of 4 X 8 m, the swimming pool is open from April 1st to October 31st. The villa is located on 5000m2 lot and offers great tranquility. Walking distance to the beach in 10 min.

Charming house 2 pers Very good location

With a view of the mountains, in a quiet and residential area, the villa "Billina" is ideally located in a quiet and not overlooked. (Gainable fiber / air conditioning installation.) 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the south including Palombaggia and Santa Giulia. And for lovers of the mountains are nearby some wonders such as the Ospedale, the Aiguilles de Bavella... The city centre of Porto-Vecchio is just a 5-minute drive away.

Les réservations s'effectuent du samedi au samedi. La villa Ata-Rocca se situe en hauteur (50m), dans un quartier résidentiel, au du golfe de Porto-Vecchio. De la terrasse de sa piscine privée, belle vue sur le golfe et le port et l'exposition sud ouest offre de beaux couchers de soleil sur le massif de l'alta-rocca. Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs se confondent à travers les baies à galandage ouvertes sur une grande terrasse en bois.

In our seafront residence, Maranatha Porto Vecchio, we provide several separate villas which share our pools and garden. Our beach is only for our customers. This large studio facing the sea, has a large terrace where you can have breakfast and dinners. Equipped kitchen, separate bathroom, large bedroom with a 160 wide bed and one single (90). A shared jacuzzi for 2 persons is at your disposal on our beach. Sundown from the jacuzzi!!

The house is located in a residence bordering the beach of Palombaggia which is only 600 meters (about 10 minutes on foot). Residents have private access to the beach where they can park in a small car park. The view of the south-facing sea is clear and you can even see Sardinia in clear weather. The building of 110 m2, fully air-conditioned, is divided into two wings each composed of two bedrooms with a bathroom and a toilet.
