It also has double shower with window to be able to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool and river. And a setting with a monumental complex made up of a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian settlement 5 minutes away. Spectacular! A country restaurant is 5 minutes away, and the town/city with all the supermarkets and restaurants is 10 minutes away!

Come enjoy and relax in my cozy duplex penthouse overlooking Vielha and its spectacular mountains. It is located 8 minutes from Vielha on foot and 2 minutes by car. The penthouse does not have parking, although it is easy to park for free in the surrounding area. The apartment is very bright, has two bedrooms with a full bathroom each, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a sofa bed and a wood-burning fireplace. It is a very quiet area, as the house only consists of two floors. It has Wi-Fi.

Ideal per gaudir d´uns dies de relax, i d´esports d´aventura( escalada, senderisme, BTT, barranquisme, parapent, esquí...)

Gran parte de la madera es de nogal, tallada artesanalmente. Un espacio con alma propia que es imposible describir por completo con tan pocas palabras.

Access to the house is by snowshoe in winter and on foot in summer. The descent is about 10 minutes and the ascent about 25 minutes also on foot with a difference in level of 150 meters.
