EagleView Villa is a residence with unique view and access to the sea and the mountain in just 5 minutes, with special aesthetics and architectural view to the location of Vlachia village of Evia. The area provides the unique combination of excursions to unique secluded coastal bays and long beaches where the plane trees reach the sea, as well as long routes to the green mountain. It's a welcoming space with all the comforts. The wifi has been fixed and it works perfectly!

Fir trees, plane trees and oaks are the scenery of the area and the view of the house. The accommodation is 50 meters outside the picturesque village of Kambia which is built on the slope of the ravine. The house is ideal for those who love nature, the mountain and seek peace and relaxation.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. It is dressed externally in Dirfion stone,in the earthy colors of Dirfys and nature around. The back side of the apartments overlooks the ravine of Steni,filled with towering plane trees, walnut trees,pomegranates and cherry trees closer to the ravine.

"Avra" Bright and cozy place near the city center

The apartment is located in a central part of the city, with all kinds of shops around but mostly very close to organized beaches with beach bars and tavernas. The nearest is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.) Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. away from the building! Come....and you will enjoy a wonderful experience of staying in a safe, clean, bright and positive place!
