The 'Adobe House' is a traditional building of the Aveiro District, and is located in a small village near Oliveira do Bairro, in the centre of Portugal, at 25km from the coast line, near Aveiro, Vista Alegre, Águeda and Coimbra. We are open to reservations and in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at all the properties that we manage. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).

Cozy Garden hut

Enjoy a stay in our garden hut—a simple, minimalist space with WiFi (optional) and electricity via an extension cable. Perfect for a quiet getaway or as a digital workspace. Our house is on the same property, with two more guest rooms, a shared kitchen, bathroom, and a dry composting toilet in the garden. We provide a mosquito net in summer and an electric heater in winter.
