The home is decorated in a delicate rustic style with exposed wooden beams, exposed stone, and rustic brick. The house comes with appropriate furniture and equipped with all the household linen. With 5,000 m2 of garden, it has an excellent swimming pool and 60 m2 porch with seating and dining areas. Property located in the Romanesque Palentino area, just 300 m from one of the typical exclusions of the Castile Canal. This area of Castile and Leon is characterized by good gastronomy and proximity to the Ribera del Duero area and its wineries.
