Cute little whole apartment, air-conditioned, on the ground floor of a house with its private courtyard. Kitchen, shower, private toilets. Direct Louvre, Chinatown, Paris centre... Self check-in with key box. Wi-Fi, hair dryer, towels, sheets, shampoo, coffee, tea, beer. Close to Orly Airport. Close to transport (5 min metro Villejuif-Léo Lagrange line 7) from Tram T7. Supermarket, bakeries, laundry, park... The studio is against my house separated by a sound door with lock and latch

Welcome! We offer a fully renovated 30 m2 studio overlooking the garden with independent entrance in a miller's house. Very residential environment close to the park. Two RER stations are a 7 and 12-minute walk away (20 minutes from Paris). The place is an outbuilding. Bright and quiet with a small terrace. A country feel in the city. Large like a studio with all the accommodations of a 2-room apartment thanks to the sleeping area which has a 160 bed frame and the bathroom with its skylight. Functional – plenty of storage. beds made on arrival - towels and tea towel provided garden table and chairs - barbecue Possibility to park a two-wheeler.
