The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Two-room ground floor apartment of 40 sq.m. with its own entrance and large courtyard, 50 m from the sea. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, wardrobe. Living room/kitchen area with a single bed and a sofa that can be converted into two single beds for children and not particularly tall adults. The dimensions of each bed when the sofa is open are 1.80 × 0.70 cm. New climate change tax TAKK 8€ for each day is paid in cash by the guests to the host for tax.

The design is based on clean geometries and natural materials in light tones. Materials such as wood and fabric, combined with pastel tones, were used to create a welcoming and peaceful environment for guests. Emphasis was placed on the study of lighting in order to combine different lighting qualities throughout the day.
