Παλαιό Φάληρο σημαίνει γειτονιά. Περπατάς με ασφάλεια και ακούς "καλημέρα". Ολάνθιστες αυλές και πρωινό καφεδάκι. Αυτός είναι ο τόπος μας, εδώ είναι το σπίτι μας. Όμορφες γλάστρες στο περβάζι του παραθύρου και μια ατίθαση ολάνθιστη μπουκαμβίλια σε καλωσορίζουν. Ο χώρος μας φιλόξενος, φωτεινός, γεμάτος ελληνική παράδοση, αποπνέει ασφάλεια, ηρεμία και ευτυχία. Η αυλή μας, με αγάπη φροντισμένη, μοσχομυρίζει βασιλικό, δυόσμο, γιασεμί. Βάλαμε αγάπη και πολλή δουλειά για να σας καλωσορίσουμε.

One bedroom apt (60sq.m) with balcony, next to a 4 star hotel, 15' to Acropolis. 1' walk to the beach, easy access to a swim, beautiful sunsets and tavernas, cafes and shops. 3' walk from the bus to and from the airport (X96). Easy access to Athens city center by bus, tram. Piraeus port is 15' by bus (to visit the islands). It is in one of the first buildings on the main coastline avenue (so, city sounds are unavoidable). A famous old greek composer-singer used to live in the apartment.
