In the plot there is the main house with direct entrance from the street, and three small Houses, each accessible from the street by the garden entrance: Pool House, Guest House and the Garden House Our 6 Guests in total are welcome to use the heated plunge pool all year round.

Near the apartment there are supermarkets, market and pharmacy, many cafes and a fish restaurant with Portuguese cuisine. Just 7 minutes walk to the beach and 14 minutes to the railway station. Travel time from the airport will take 1h.15min by public transport or 30 min by car.
