Boardwalk passersby can see into the apartment when the window shades are raised. This apartment is not a good fit for light sleepers, pets and guests who would like close parking.

Occasionally from 10.30am to 3pm there's noisy work on the house for which we will agree on a discount. Sometimes no noise at all.
